Schedule of Fees

BET's Service Fees:

*Fee break down is provided with Placement Agreement

Agency Fee*          $3,000

Nonrefundable Initial Candidate Assessment Process Fee *              $500

• Fifty percent (50%) of total agency fee must be paid when the Candidate is officially assigned to a school placement.

• The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the total agency fee must be paid prior to the Candidate’s departure from their home country. 

• The $500 nonrefundable Initial Candidate Assessment Process Fee must be paid in full fifteen (15) business days after signing BET's Placement Agreement

• Failure to make timely payments as required will result in a delay or cancellation of placement and/or revocation of support services from BET. 

• All payments are non-refundable once the Candidate accepts their teaching assignment.

J-1 Visa Sponsor Fee /Insurance**         $1,500 - $3,800

SEVIS Fee**                                                         $220 - $405

US Embassy Visa Application**              $185
